We offer a personalized shipping service, with the possibility of choosing the courier, costs and shipping times.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.

Exchange & Return

Change

We offer exchanges both in Italy and in Europe, with the following conditions:

• The item must not have been worn or washed
• The item must be returned with the original label and packaging
• The item can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

If your item is damaged or lost in transit (never shows as delivered with tracking) we will be happy to replace it. You must do this no later than 15 days after you receive the product and the estimated delivery date. Please email bigtunnelstore@gmail.com to provide your order number found in your order confirmation email.

We are not responsible for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered (marked as delivered during tracking). If you suspect your package has been stolen, contact the shipping service you used or your local police department.

Made

The return consists of returning the item respecting the same conditions of the exchange and then receiving a Voucher , which will be sent by email and valid for 6 months.
